Many of the basements, crawlspaces, and attics in
the Northeast have a special appeal to some of the more popular animals,
both domesticated and not, which are indigenous to the area. Droppings
from domestic cats as well as from mice, rats, raccoons, and squirrels
have become a problem for many homeowners. Bats, pigeons and other winged
creatures cause similar problems in attics, cupolas and bell towers.
Our
specialized service addresses this issue, not only through the removal
of the animal droppings and nesting materials themselves, but with various
levels of cleaning, and the application of a disinfecting spray, which
can kill a majority of any of the bacterial organisms left behind.
This
service is a clean up and decontamination only. It will not prevent
future droppings from animals which still might have access to the area.
In order for this work to be completely and permanently effective, the
building owner should arrange for animal access points to be sealed
off. |
